Welcome to my little corner of the art world! I'm Hanna Hryharenka, and I'm so glad you're here. Let me tell you a bit about myself and my journey as an oil painting artist.
How It All Began
For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to colors, textures, and the way light dances across surfaces. What started as a childhood fascination with painting has grown into my life's passion. I studied fine arts and design, but honestly, my real education has come from countless hours in my studio, experimenting, making mistakes, and discovering what makes my heart sing.
My Art & What Inspires Me
I work primarily with oil paints – there's something magical about this medium that I just can't get enough of. The way oils blend, the richness of the colors, the depth you can achieve... it's pure joy for me.
Nature is my greatest muse. I find endless inspiration in the world around us – the delicate petals of flowers, the play of light through trees, the peaceful beauty of landscapes. Through my paintings, I try to capture these moments of beauty and share them with you.
My Creative Process
Every painting I create is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. I don't do prints or reproductions – when you get one of my paintings, you're getting something truly unique that I've poured my heart into.
I spend a lot of time just observing before I even pick up a brush. I want to really connect with what I'm painting, to understand its essence. Then, layer by layer, I build up the colors and textures until the painting feels complete. It's a slow, meditative process, but that's what I love about it.
Why I Do What I Do
In our busy, often chaotic world, I believe we all need moments of peace and beauty. That's what I hope my paintings bring to your life – a little window to tranquility, a reminder of the natural beauty that surrounds us, a piece of art that makes you smile every time you see it.
